I guess it did,but for the most part where I am at not so much wind. Now the bitter cold is starting and 1 to 3 inches more on Wed. That's just the way winter is sometimes here.

Rain, rain, rain, rain, chance of cloudy break with heavy fog, rain and more rain. I would welcome snow so much right about now, but no matter how beautiful snow can be, ultimately it's a considerable inconvenience!
