This is one of the most difficult issues for me to take a stand on. I lean towards opposing net neutrality because the government is so bad at handling utilities, and seems to encourage the formation of monopolies. The best thing for the public is competition amongst a number of ISP's.
Yeah, it's never an easy problem to tackle when it comes to something so massive and important.
The very best of all solutions is the meshnet / Darknet plan, or something like it. Decentralize and take back control of our privacy.
Any government offering re: "net neutrality", guarantees it ain't.
