The fall and winter months are the worst when it comes to catching some sun, especially in B.C where its cloudy and rains a lot. I am almost compelled to take some Vitamin D. I also read somewhere that lack of sun leads to depression, and that wet climates that have long periods of dark and wet weather can lead to increased suicide rates.
Vitamin does help with the Winter blues. I started taking taking a Vitamin D supplement a couple of years ago and it helps! I should mention my doctor advised me to.
I'm going to be getting some vitamin D supplements! Thanks for this.
