    People enjoy being offended, and have the mistaken belief that their being offended is important and meaningful.

      I agree, but at the same time the name is offensive to a population of people because it refers to a serious illness that afflicted and killed people. I wouldn't say it is as offensive as the SJWs are making it out to be, but it certainly is a really distasteful and poor choice of name. I wouldn't want to be eating at a place that refers to liver damage...
