    Worked at a place that implemented PTO. Always felt like a pain in the ass to keep track of the time. Worked for another French company that dumped all of your offtime on the anniversary of your hire. That was sorta nice. Made you responsible for keeping track of it. At another company they counted vacation time and sick time interchangeably. Was seldom sick, so I enjoyed longer vacations as a result.

      Yeah it's all in one but you have to work to get it and then take off for all holidays even if the office is closed and you can't come in. I would much rather have them all in a lump sum.
