Sounds like they've been blinded by greed.
Anywhere else and I bet it will be $50,000 or less.
These prices are what they are because insurance companies will be compelled to pay it. The drugs exist at all because the pharmaceutical companies can still extort insurance companies to pay exuberant amounts per dose for low demand / high need drugs.
We need to do it like Canada does it. Although obviously its not that easy.
