X – (20 * height/waist circumference) = RFM
what is a healthy RFM range?
For a 196cm tall male, of waste 39cm an RFM index is 64 - (20 * 196/39) = -36 approximately
What does that mean? A negative 36 RFM index in relation to what?
If the waste was the same as the height ie 196cm, the RFM index would be 44
I may not be calculating something correctly...
This is confusing to me
Same question. No healthy ranges were given. People upvote this without even reading?

It's pretty technical, but it is there via a link. It's not easy reading, and in fact, there is a lot of controversy over what a healthy value is.
