    Thanks for the follow up. I guess if it has manicured lawns it also has security to keep the riff-raff away. There is a problem in Toronto with empty condos. People from over seas (trying to not say China ;) ) buy them as investment opportunities then the condos/ houses/ buildings sit empty. I hear Vancouver has the same problem. All that manages to do is raise property prices to the point only wealthy foreigners can afford to buy. Everyone else rents. Going off topic so I'll stop.

      It just sucks that its been sitting around empty for 10 years... So much can be done with that space, and the multicultural value of a center like this being open would be astronomical. To me it almost seems like its a dispute between two sides, neither side wants to watch this place rot, but they are not willing to work out a deal to get this building up and online.
