I tried it once when I was up in the mountains (felt it would be appropriate given the name), I didn't really like it. I'll stick to my water or hot tea.
Definitely go for loose leaf tea and get yourself one of those fancy thermos cups that separates the leaves from what you're actually ingesting. As for flavors, there are hundreds that I have tried over the past few years, so it really comes down to personal taste.
