The 17 different ways your face conveys happiness
Human beings can configure their faces in thousands and thousands of ways to convey emotion, but only 35 expressions actually get the job done across cultures, a new study has found. And while our faces can convey a multitude of emotions—from anger to sadness to riotous joy—the number of ways our faces can convey different emotions varies. Disgust, for example, needs just one facial expression to get its point across throughout the world.

A small contribution here. I left my home, my comfort zone in which I had everything I knew. Every mental map, smell, sight, sound, unexpected, taste, color , temperature....you name it, ripped away after a plane ride to a place I had no idea where I was going to. I felt exhilaration and fear! I learned, after months/years living with other people I thought were so different from me, that they were not different from me. I don't know how to convey this to you, the reader, but the word for snow is many different things if you want to pick ninnys, the smile is a smile, if you want to pick ninnys...but in my short life, I find people to be a real reason to enjoy, to love , to celebrate this gift that we are.
