It's not like he is hugely complicit in the process. Increasing cheap stuff, massive manufacturing of cheap stuff, transportation of cheap stuff over the oceans, delivery. He could put his money where his mouth is.
So it's replace instead of repair. Maybe Mr Bezos is earning more than is good for him after all.
