    This would be way too resource intensive, and would mean that every case would have to go to trial in order for it to provide fruitful. The anti-piracy lobbies and film studios would rather blanket bomb file sharers by sending out mass notices for the sole purpose of scaring people into paying hefty sums of money to settle. Kicking doors down and prosecuting file shares this way does not make business sense, and will not be a scenario.
