It looks like technically all of this can currently be built. The problem however is that it would probably cost between $100-500 billion or possibly more to build. It's just not gonna happen, at least anytime soon.
I was referring to better construction technology ;) Once 3d printing is mastered I can see the speed and costs of creating such futuristic cities much quicker and cheaper.
