"Cool" really depends on your interests.
A good way to explore things related to your interests on Snapzu is to click the magnifying glass on the top bar. Then, you type in whatever keyword you want. The results will show:
# Snaps | # Comments | # Tribes | # Users
Click on Tribes to sort by related tribes, then you'll find more like-minded individuals!

I voted on that shortly after it was posted. It's fluctuated between 30~50%. 50% is towards the high end, and I believe it may be skewed because it was linked, here. Either way, it was doing well, just not as well.

Snapzu is already something different. Unfortunately, a lot of people coming from Reddit are bringing a Redditor attitude with them.
On Reddit, I can get in on the occasional stream of puns or joke answers, but here is different. It's not that environment, so I hope fellow ex-Redditors can respect that and act accordingly, or keep the negativity/trolling in Reddit/Voat.

This was in Bali, New Taipei City, Taiwan, at a fairly popular water park.
That dust [corn starch] they use in color runs and some Indian festivals was sprayed onto the crowd during the concert. Something ignited the dust (they're thinking probably heat from the on-stage lights), and it spread extremely fast.
So far, two people have died. Many people have 80-90% burns, but some are making unexpected recoveries.
Most victims were students: high school and college. There were foreigners from Japan, UK, USA, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Macau, Malaysia, and South Africa, totaling 17.

Honestly, it depends on what subreddits you belongs to and how long it takes the rest of the community. I know that until /r/taiwan starts moving to /t/taiwan on Snapzu or /v/taiwan on Voat, I'm going to be keeping at least one Reddit tab open. There are a few others I am subbed to that have not made a real transition elsewhere, yet.

This is great. I mean, it depends on how far "low level" goes (I assume it refers to what things they can actually do), but it would be good that Japan and Taiwan are able to assist each other in times of need. Certainly, Taiwan is overwhelmed with the recent disaster at a water park in Bali, New Taipei City, so it would be nice to be able to accept help from Japan. This applies in the reverse, should another disaster (heavens forbid) occur.

Taipei, July 4 (CNA) The Taiwan Medical Association and the Japan Medical Association will sign a memorandum of emergency mutual support in case of disasters, enabling medical personnel to give low-level medical treatments in each other's country under the supervision of the colleagues of the hosting country.
