Wikileaks knew the source wasn't "Kremlin directed hackers" and provided what seems to be a good rationale for not accepting the offered Russian leaks. This is a poor attempt to continue the "Russians did it" narrative rather than a Bernie supporting DNC insider (almost certainly Seth Rich).
