St. Pete man records himself asking to use Target women’s bathroom
A St. Petersburg man who videotaped himself going into a local Target said he was just trying to clarify the company’s bathroom policy. That video has since gone viral. It was recorded on the heels of Target’s recent announcement about its policy. “(We) welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity … Everyone deserves to feel like they belong,” Target said.

As a rule I try to stay out of department store bathrooms. Not because of gender issues, lord knows I have walked into many bars bathrooms to see different genders, but because the upkeep is not that great. What we can do is have the old one stall - locked door bathroom that is absolutely gender friendly. But a bathroom like that is not very bladder friendly because of the long wait time for it to open up.
Because /t/gladsdotter will use it first! Very utilitarian.

I don't think people are concerned about transgender people committing crimes in a bathroom. I think it is the idea that a guy, like this one, can walk into a women's bathroom just because Target says it's ok. I'm sure a lot of women feel the same way.
