        I think the concept of "replacing meat with something that looks like it, but is not meat" is somewhat stupid. If you want to eat vegetarian or claim you are one, stop just by "faking meat" all together. And indeed, most of it is over-processed soy-glop (I kinda like that expression). Good vegetarian dishes, and there are a lot of them, don't do "meat-replacing", they are a category on their own and are by far better than what any industry makes us belief we should/must buy and eat. Those soy-glops exist to get rid of some more over-subsidized and over-produced agricultural produce, just like corn and wheat are.
