    Oh, if he asserted it, it must be true.

    I'd like to see a source, because Amazon plows almost everything back into growth. If they paid at an 11.4% rate, it wasn't on an $8.2 billion net.

    As f or the state taxes, don't blame Amazon, blame your politicians . They're the ones competing to see who can give the best tax breaks (and maybe get a campaign donation for the next election cycle).

      Exactly. It’s not the job of corporations to ensure that everyone is taxed fairly. That’s supposed to be the government.

      Or it used to be when the government wasn’t made up almost entirely of political prostitutes with no principles. Now the corporations own the government.
