I hope that they get some sort of marking on their neck/wrist in case of a first aid situation. I'm sure that there will be something similar to a pacemaker where it's obvious NOT to use a defibrillator, but if I check for a pulse and there is no pulse, I'm going to call 911 and tell them that there is a dead body. I'm sure that the response time is quite different if you tell them that the patient is already dead vs. unconscious but alive.
