The takeaway here is the technique actually, in coercing the B2 crystals to form and disperse in the right way. The closest I ever got to metallurgy though was igneous petrography, haha, but the concepts are similar. This stuff is just so complex it's amazing that we engineer these metal alloys from the crystals on up.
