A country that refuses to use the metric system? So Liberia or Myanmar?
It's gotta be Belgium. They have no system at all. ;-)
I hope this leads to the biodegradable disposable single use cutlery and plates getting cheaper, I mean I look on Amazon and stuff at them sometimes thinking I'd rather get that for this kids party or that ones, but I just can't spend $10 for 12 cups or a set of 4 of each cutlery item when the others are a couple of dollars for 20-30 of the same thing.
