Apple expects its watch to far outpace other wearable devices, from Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Sony, Motorola and a host of fitness trackers. Research firm Canalys said last week that just 720,000 smartwatches powered by Android Wear shipped in the last six months of 2014.
Interesting. I guess Apple continues to count on the "fanboy" element to impact their product sales, regardless of what any of their competitors have done.
I for one am not interested at all in a wearable like this, but then again I haven't seen one that was good. I doubt the apple watch will be any different.
