After recent NSA revelations, who in their right mind would trust an always-on X box one?
You close a laptop when you're not using it. Your phone faces the inside of a pocket, a purse, or lies flat on a table. But the Microsoft Kinect, an always-on camera that will come with every new Xbox One game console, gets a perfect view of your living room. It's always listening for voice commands, even when you turn the Xbox off. It can even read your heartbeat with the right software.

There's no way I'm buying the new Xbox one. Most people's problems with it were with the always on crap or the non-sharing of games, and both decisions have been reversed my Microsoft. My biggest problem was always the always listening kinect camera and mic, especially after the leak about the NSA. My PS4 is already pre-ordered and I'm not looking back even the Xbox was to be dropped down to like $200 (which it won't be).
Same here in Canada.. Our govt is doing the same shit. I ended up storing away my PS move camera cuz it was just sitting on top of the TV staring at the living room.
