Minneapolis Based Rap conglomerate Doomtree's follow-up to their Final Blowout last year: an all-day party going down at CHS Field in St. Paul on October 3rd. Guests include: Aesop Rock, Trash Talk, Shabazz Palaces, Open Mike Eagle, Aby Wolf, Serengeti, and more. Plus, lots of kid-friendly activities during the day. Once the music starts though, the lyrics will be... less kid friendly.

Mike Mictlan's new video, "CLAPP'D" off his album "HELLA FRREAL", Doomtree Records: MPLS, MN If you get a chance to see Doomtree/Mike live, and he plays this... it's just so intense. Can't really be conveyed over a studio recording, but it's still great regardless. (I think, anyway.)

Alessia Cara - Here - Vevo dscvr (Live)
I liked the studio version a lot, and was kind of weary of a recorded live performance, as some bands/singers just can't reproduce their own sound. Well, she doesn't have an EP out yet, only a few songs on youtube and unknown, but incredibly talented, and just as good, if not better, "live" (with no audience, anyway).

I like the idea of them crossing over, but I remain skeptical at how well they'll pull it all off. DC is doing pretty well with their TV series', but I'm not so sure about Marvel on the small screen.

The spikes are still very dangerous though. You have to be very precise with them timing wise, or else it'll hit innocent cars, or the car being chased might see it coming and evade it. Additionally, if they see the cop ahead of them and they have enough control of their car, they can swerve to hit the cop. That's the main downfall I've heard with these, anyway.

I switched to Tixati for any torrenting needs once I learned uTorrent did that. It's really simple and frill-free. Though, I don't torrent as much as I used to, so I don't require anything fancy. It's usually just for large mod packs these days. Like HD textures or whatnot.

I lost interest in the second season when they switched from a (semi-)Realistic Take on Zombie Survival to a Quaint Farmhouse Drama with Zombies.
