President Donald Trump signed into law Wednesday morning legislation that levies new sanctions against Russia and restricts Trump's own ability to ease sanctions in place against Moscow.

Just a question: this was not what he wanted, right? From what I have learned in the news since he is president, is that he prefers world peace over wars. The other politicians are in control, not Trump. It's somewhat sad to see.
