I hope he made sure this time that none of them would show up and demand a speedy trial.
They are in Russia, and were acting in "their official capacities." In Russia they would have official immunity. If they were doing the same job in the US, they would have "official immunity", just like William C. Rogers III.
Does seem a mite hypocritical coming from a scofflaw like the U.S.
