A small Montana company located in Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke's hometown has signed a $300 million contract to help get the power back on in Puerto Rico.

    This is, of course, part of the A-plus performance of the government on PR aid!

    I guess I don't have to remind you, but just in case, PR is a colony. They don't get to cast votes for president or congress. So there's a bit of grade inflation there.
