Well there go several GOP talking points, debunked
Republican memo: "Yes they did."
Democrat memo: "No they didn't."
Basically.
During this entire controversy this little fact has been completely ignored: "The U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court (FISA) rejected only 12 of 38,169 requests for surveillance warrants between 1979 and 2015.."
