US investigators wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under secret court orders before and after the election, sources tell CNN.

      He was careful to say Trump wasn't wiretapped, not that his staff weren't and since the investigation isn't based on Trump but on Manafort himself he lied by omission at best.
