    Of course! It is the women's fault for not wearing a black tent when they go out. Poor men cannot control themselves when they see a girl.

    An article that starts with "Rape culture continues to flourish on American college campuses." is just dripping with journalistic neutrality.

      Neutrality a priority, is it? Once and if you make it past that opening sentence, there's more that might make neutrality seem at issue. From the article:

      In stories that echo the disturbing details recounted in Jon Krakauer’s book, Missoula, which documented a spate of rapes in the Montana college town, police seemed more interested in helping preserve the reputation of the alleged rapist than in helping the women prosecute the man who had hurt them.
