Infinite 1UP Glitch Found in Super Mario Bros. Decades Later
Proving that old games can carry secrets even in the internet age, someone has - allegedly - unearthed a glitch in the 1985 NES classic Super Mario Bros. This video uploaded on YouTube just a few days ago shows that with a little self-sacrifice in a two player game, infinite lives can be yours. As a kid who played the shit out of this game when it was still early 90's, I appreciate people still finding easter eggs / tricks two decades later....
They left out a step. You have to complete the game first, then start again -- if not, the goombas wont be replaced by beetles.
Someone has too much time on their hands.
