I am a part of that gaming generation! My first NES game was also Super Mario Bros and I was totally blown away, it was at that exact moment and I remember it way that I was completely and hopelessly addicted to video games. Nothing but fond memories :D
I was surprised by the person who said she doesn't like the game...you hardly ever hear that.
Some people... they are immune to fun :)
