    I just checked, and I'm sad. While it doesn't show who is following me anymore, I believe the notification button still turns white when someone is following me. Now I click it and end up disappointed because there are no news. :(

      I know, I noticed the same thing... kind of annoying but better than the news being buried under 100 refugees.
