How could anyone possibly come to this conclusion logically.
I'm sure he can't believe it himself, but is just trying to convince others that he's a good person.
Key word here is logically. A man who is trying to justify corruption can't be logical in doing so.
On other news Kim Jung Un says he is a really nice guy and anyone who disagrees should be sent to a labour camp.
This guy is the sport world's version of Silvio Berlusconi.
Wait, if there is no hell, then it's really just Earth v2. I do not want anything to do with Sepp's default heaven, it sounds terrible.
Wait? I thought that he resigned and that it was a fairly public event. Is he now just saying that he was just kidding?

He's been saying crazier things each day. Is he legitimately mentally ill?
Honestly, he's been insulated in corruption for so long that this probably seems normal to him. It sounds like FIFA members had him high on as pedestal and he assumes this perception translates to the general public. He's behaving the same way he always has, but he is no longer only visible to supporters. I think it's likely trained behavior after being so wrapped up in such a skewed world.
Seems like he has reached a point where he thinks he is untouchable/ infallible. I guess after many years of corruption and never being questioned or punished, its easy to reach that mindset.
Maybe its drugs?
Because bribes don't define corruption...
For example: I bribe a cop, the cop accepts the bribe. That doesn't make the cop corrupt, that makes him smart... Everyone deserves a bonus..
Thats ok because he's going to heaven..... and he disagrees with the Pope as he doesn't believe in hell
He basically argues that the reason he's going to heaven is because there is no hell.
For all he cares, he could be the devil and still go to heaven, based on his twisted logic.
Please don't forget that he owns a golden cross that has been blessed by Pope Francis.
That would actually be some pretty scary logic if he were in a more powerful position.
