Doh! Apparently so, although it was on a different website, it is the same video. I guess that's how it didn't get recognized as being a duplicate. I'm impressed that you remembered, since I had no memory of it at all. Should I just delete the snap?
Also if you delete the newer snap, we will loose all comments and useful information along with it since all attached data (RLs/Comments/Votes/Pins) is also removed. Sometimes accidental dupes can result in helpful advice being posted that would be a shame to loose.
I think /u/gladsdotter said it best. Kill the old one, move the OLD url (since its a different source) into this one in the form of a "related link" and let this one do its thing.
