    I read the short article and I feel it's empty. No facts, no studies regarding the issue, no any kind of link proof for those 20,000 scientist signatures or whatever. Nothing just a news that's incomplete, just a bunch of words... I found out nothing.

      You are right, it is word salad, even the link he provided had no link to the letter. Lazy journalism. I found the letter(I think) and added here.
