I read the book "Lost City of the Monkey God" last year and it was about an expedition to find a large settlement by an unknown tribe, it was really cool and talked about this technology, and how most archaeology experts hated it and thumbed their noses at it. Basically, this technology verifies what Percy Fawcett believed, there was a massive civilization of "advanced" people in the jungle.
