It's a nice pic. If you have Lightroom, I'd brighten that up a tad, throw in some contrast, sharpen it up and do it in Black and White....there is enough good graytones in this to get that building to pop out of that spooky environment.
I am indeed using Lightroom. I've been trying to find a style that I like for quite some time, and have lately been gravitating towards this dark film simulation thing that's exhibited in this particular shot. I made a black and white preset that I really like, but I ended up liking the underexposed/dark color version a little better personally. I'll try brightening it up a bit and see how it looks. :)
