At what point do we realize that the survival of the human race depends on getting rid of stupid people?
I'm going with "never" cause they are so easily led and fleeced. That being said,if rabies gets a toe hold and anti vaxxers get bit,will they vaccinate themselves,or hold out for a Darwin award? Time will tell.
The problem is that the anti vaxxers are not the only ones who die because of their stupidity. They also kill people who did everything right and their only mistake was to be next to an idiot at the wrong time. I'd be ok with them believing their BS if they were all in a desert island away from everyone else.
I'm starting to be certain that the "Great Filter" is not about overpopulation, or AI taking over, or anything exotic. We'll destroy ourselves because we have enough technology and sheer numbers to destroy the world, yet the overwhelming majority of us are utter imbeciles.
