Vietnamese Navy has confirmed the plane crashed into the ocean, MH370 removed from the arrivals board at Beijing airport
Malaysia Airlines said it has lost contact with a plane carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew on its way from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

High hopes, but low chances unfortunately. Very few actually survive these crashes and tell the story about it.

True, but I still feel safer in a car than in a metal cylinder 35,000 feet in the air. Car crashes just don't seem as scary as falling out of the sky.
You are more likely to crash in a car than a plane. You are more likely to survive a crash in a car than in a plane.
This is so damn tragic, we've had such a good record in the past few years. I feel for all the families that have lost their loved ones, and hope there are at least a few survivors...
