US student freed by North Korea in a coma has died at 22
Otto Warmbier, an American college student who was released by North Korea in a coma last week, died Monday afternoon. He was 22.

Poor guy shouldn't have stepped foot in that hell hole. Hopefully it deters others from going there.
The real question is, why do people want to go there in the first place? It's like, "You know, I think I'll go visit Mosul for summer vacation. Sounds like an interesting place!" What happened to him really sucks, but this is North Korea. You can't expect to be safe there.
Spy comes to mind.
Missionaries, spreading the good word. It frequently doesn't end well for them, but at least they aren't blowing things up.

This just ruined my day. I was hoping he would fully recover regardless of the known odds of like 2 or 3% to do so.
Life is so unfair for some individuals. So young... :(
