    I'm sure if he wins and they ban it, law enforcement and the government will stop using it. HaHaHaHaHa...

    But seriously, 9/11, and terrorism, and Patriot Act, and such. That technology exists and will be used. And parallel construction means no one will be punished for illegally using it.
