Great idea, but the ones who are causing the biggest problems will be the ones the least likely to listen to the FCC rules. I don't see what else can be done though, so at least it's a step in the right direction. I get a lot of robo-calls but I just let my calls go to voicemail if they're out-of-area calls.

I ignore them as well.
