At first, when I got Spectrum, you would not believe the number of robocalls I was getting, from Bank of America (which I don't use) to Toll Free Call(Whoever that is)..Some even calling 3 times a day.Over the last two months, the number has dropped to,on average, one every two weeks...Of course i never answer said calls...Still,I wonder why the number has dropped so much.I had two with the audacity to leave messages on my answering machine telling me to call them right away(One was in Spanish and the only word I understood was "pronto".. On a scale of one to ten, just how stupid do they think I am?
Great idea, but the ones who are causing the biggest problems will be the ones the least likely to listen to the FCC rules. I don't see what else can be done though, so at least it's a step in the right direction. I get a lot of robo-calls but I just let my calls go to voicemail if they're out-of-area calls.
I ignore them as well.
