Judging from how careful the driver was during the first 70% of the video, it makes me think that they are too inexperienced in driving for them to be a car thief. Might have been a kid that stole the car from their parents however, since you can see the inexperience just from the maneuvers they are trying to execute here. Once all else fails, they just went crazy to get out of there. I still cant believe this actually happened, wow.
