Samsung tries to silence user whose S4 caught fire, it doesn't go over well
Samsung, in its attempt to have a YouTube video pulled that was reporting a fire with a Galaxy S4, has backfired after the company would only replace the phone if a contract was signed.

Why would they even attempt to try to cover this up? Just send him a free replacement and be done with it.
Send him 2 just in case
Because sometimes the people in charge of handling unfortunate events such as this are too incompetent to handle them properly, in this case they really screw it up.
Their heads should roll them methinks. The Streisand effect is definitely on a roll thanks to this.
Someone really dropped the ball here.
