The last time this story came up, they concluded that the dead persons had died as a result of multiple skull fractures premsumably as a result of being caught in hail storm with hail stones "the size of tennis balls" raining down on them with no where to take shelter.

Excellent community project though surely everyone in NYC has a mobile phone plan which inlcudes data as well as talk time and texting so why not just change the tariff to a one with more data and use the modem (mobile wifi) which is built in to the phone's operatng system to power your home internet supply?
