9 years ago+4 4 0No matter how good the prices may seem, I strongly suggest you avoid mmoga.com for any software or game keys you may need.
I have spent last few days trying to get them to resolve an issue with a Windows Key that would not activate. I followed their instructions exactly as they were written with no luck.
I wrote them an e-mail (which is their only form of contact most days) and explained the situation. They requested I send them a picture of the key failing to activate. I did just that. I got an e-mail the next day asking for more pictures and by this time I had already purchased a new key directly from Microsoft and had fully installed Windows 10 on my computer.
Well, I went ahead and re-installed their version of Windows (Windows 7 OEM) and once again tried the key. I took screenshots of the process and actual pictures with my phone where screenshots were not possible.
In total I have sent them 6 pictures exactly as they requested and all they have sent back is requests for more pictures.
Today I sent them 1 more picture and I have yet to hear back.
I believe even if this issue is resolved in the future, this company is absolutely not trustworthy or professional with their lack of help.
