Is there anywhere left he can go? Let's assume they put him in the refrigerator they just happen to be replacing and wheel him out, where can he go? He doesn't qualify to leave the country so it would have to be another embassy I would assume unless there is some private yacht waiting in the harbor to try and sneak him away.
