I liked the comparison between the broken ornaments by the window and the broken glass, but the comparison between a random clown thing and the doll he carved for his unborn child was too much of a stretch for me.
I usually like ridiculous theories (my favourite is one that say Avatar Korra should be with Prince Wu because he wears a scarf, and so did her last (and only) boyfriend, so clearly she only likes guys with scarves), but not when they're presented seriously. Or when the person claims to have worked on the theory for years and scrutinised every frame of the movie. Then it's too much.
